Although it shipped in an insulated package with a couple of freezer packs, you might want to be cautious about ordering in the middle of a heatwave, so you don't end up with a melted mess.

Chocolate came all melted, not really sure what happened. I bought a dark chocolate and a white both were packed in the same box, the dark came perfect but not the white. Like it was melted before it even got shipped. Very disappointing
