Not a 100% sure but I think going by the description and the fact thet fit a 73 to 87 C10 very well they would also work for you.

Q: What oil dipstick did you use? Factory dipstick does not seem to work properly

I don’t know if it will fit 4l80 but it will the 4l60! Read the reviews . Someone had trouble with a 5.3 with 4l80

Unsure, but they are pretty compact so they may. I'm sure there are headers for your Camaro out there however, maybe even full length ones.
