I've tried a lot of other brand Air conditioners but I feel Carrier AC is great. The mechanism and the features of the AC is a good co fort factor. The technicians are well equipped and have a great knowledge of what they do.Been using the AC for a while and I'm pretty happy.Great buy from Amazon.Felt the installation charges were quite high. It says 1500+ taxes. However I paid 11,000 for it. I live in the first floor (FYI)

Worst experience. 😭😭😭😭😭I purchased this in March 2025. After one month, I noticed an issue — the AC was not able to cool the room in turbo mode throughout the night. I raised a complaint with customer care, but received no response. Instead, they kept closing the issue after 10–20 days without any visit.In August, two service personnel visited and identified that the AC had a leakage. They informed me that they would return within 2–3 days to repair it. However, it has now been almost a month since then, and I still haven’t received any further response or service.
