I am writing this review after more than a year of daily use. This mini computer is very capable and compact. It is currently mounted to the back of my monitor. In relation to performance, even if not on par with a PC with dedicated graphics, I have been able to run Steam games on this, the most notable being Beam NG, which is very customizable and can definitely run on this hardware.As a side note, noise level can be on the loud side during certain cpu intensive tasks, but it usually lasts a brief moment until the system stabilizes temperature and starts running without any noise again.After several Windows updates, I started noticing an issue with the computer going to hibernation / sleep state. Tried some fixes on my own but the issue was still persistent. I sent an email to GMKtec support, and they answered within a day with a solution (setting power options correctly from the control panel). The system is now working as expected again. Customer support 5/5.I would definitely recommend this mini PC to anyone looking for good performer and reasonable priced PC. This brand will be my first go to for a future upgrade.

I was stunned when I saw the actual size of the machine. I expected it to be small, but not that small. I had some misgivings, but went ahead and hooked it up and it is working perfectly. Once I rounded up all the cables, it only took about 10-12 minutes tohave it up and running. Very fast machine. great value for the price.

Good quality. Small footprint. Quiet. Good value. Only needed a couple of additional USB connections.

Excellent performer, good video performance

The PC works perfectly with easy setup. It is also great value for the price paid.

Worked great for about 2 months. Crashed unexpectedly to blue screen while using it. Restated to the BIOS screen. Everything checked out good in the BIOS screen. Would not boot normally. Tried rebooting with windows on a USB and got stuck in a loop of power on, loading screen, power off. Amazon is refusing to help as is GMKTec.Updating my review after being contacted by GMKTec. They offered to send me a replacement SSD initially and are now offering me a full refund once I return the device. It's a great little computer, just not for what I need.

Set up was so easy! I am so happy. Only thing I had to do was go in and set the time manually. Because I turn off the location and all that sending information to who knows where. I set up to monitors with ease it automatically selected number one and number two monitor. I'm happy so far. I'll come back and do a 3-month or so update.Nice little small box. It works super fast. I love it!.

This mini PC has state of the art components in it; and is very fast. I did not give it the 5th star; because the USB sound device is putting out an intermittent distortion. To get around that issue; I shut down usb sound driver. Now I use "digital display audio" through HDMI cable for the "not so great speakers" built-in on my monitor. I downloaded from Microsoft store "FXsound" app to improve sound off monitor speakers. I did some troubleshooting, the USB audio is faulty (3.5mm jack); still using "HDMI audio" and monitor built-in speakers. This miniPC still only gets 4 stars; usb audio (using 3.5mm jack on the back) has distortion on playback through pair of PC speakers. If I did not have speakers inside my monitor getting sound through HDMI - this unit would have returned or exchanged.
