Q: Can this model fit 20" wheels ? we wanted to use it for our kids and ourselves.

The arms move so I would think so but not 100% sure

Yes you need the skewer. It's extra, but if you have plastic axle screws you need the metal nes otherwise they may crack . You also need the front wheel support. Not sure about the adaptors

Q: Is this resistance able to be controlled by software like zwift automatically ?

No. You have a switch on a cable.
