Last time I ordered, the blocks were delivered with ice packs and bubbly wrap. This time only had bubble wrap. This time the block did arrive broken a bit but not a big deal since we break and shave it to make some desserts at my restaurant. I would definitely order again if need be… this was my second time ordering since I have had a temporary tough time finding it locally. It is a bit more expensive on line but overall definitely pleased. Wrapping all in tact, arrived in good timing, and just happy to find it. This chocolate is such a crowd pleaser when used as a main ingredient. Yum! I have been using it for many many years at my restaurant.

Chocolate should be shipped properly to avoid melting. This was sent across the country in August without any heat protection and, thus, a portion was melted when it arrived at my home. The price is too high to not be able to use all the chocolate.OTOH, it IS quite tasty.

The flavor of this chocolate is out of this world. I'm trying to decide now if it is worth the extra work and quantities to use this for molding truffles. Our hand dipped truffles came out tasting and looking very nice. It seems to be a bit more thick when at dipping temperature, therefore, your coating will be thicker (than we are use to). It is also "stickier", meaning that it is a little tougher to clean up as it tends to adhere to utensils. But the flavor is to die for.

Ripped bag and chocolate out of temper. Tried to return, but Amazon said it wasn’t eligible for return. I’m going to look for somewhere else to get my chocolate. This is too expensive to get a damaged product.

Great product. We did receive a broken one which made it not viable for what we were using it for, but they responded to our message and fixed the issue... Give them a bit more time to get back to you as they are a family operation.

Arrived damaged. Was completely out of temper. Absolutely worthless. I tired to retemper this mass of horror three times without success. It was clearly stored in inappropriate conditions. It had both sugar bloom and cocoa butter bloom. Total waste of money.
