Item is buggy
The unit is very buggy. Shuts off when it’s turned on.Updated Review. I was contacted by the seller of this to let them know when we could connect to troubleshoot but since responding to that message, I have not heard back from them. I’m still having the same issue with this item and there seems to be no help.

It’s good product but you have to have TV provider to setup this box. During the startup is”Authentication “ with login name and password which somebody have to provide to you.
