Broke after little use
This charger worked for 1 trip, and then broke the second time we went to use it. I tried to contact support, but they weren’t available. Disappointed.Updated: once I posted a review, the company reached out to me within a day and resolved the issue. Things happen, but the promise of good customer service is appreciated!

I love this product but I dropped it and chipped it my first day :(

Does the job
It’s cool. It’s small, easily stored and came functional. It just doesn’t charge my phone all the way. I’m not sure if that’s the norm for portable chargers or they’re only meant for a small amount of juice, but I’m not a fan of getting like 40 percent charge from a portable. I expected more power.

Slow charging process
This is convenient for the compact size but takes 2+ hours to fully charge. The battery dies a lot faster than it takes to charge. I wish the battery lasted longer but does charge phone quickly.
