Excellent conversion kit
Pros:- All the power you should need. I live in a very hilly area and only need to pedal to assist the motor up the very steepest hill (it's a struggle to walk up that one and would be unsafe to sled down).- As simple as a kit like this can get. There are a lot of things that need to be done to safely convert a bike, and I can't think of any step that wasn't already as simple as possible.- Excellent display and controller. Does everything I want, viewable in direct sunlight.- Insanely cheap. For me it was cheaper to buy this kit, a battery, and a bike (if I didn't have one already) than a much lower-spec e-bike premade.- Good build quality. None of the parts feel fragile, and I'm not worried about them failing prematurely.Cons:- Had to widen the dropout on my bike to fit the motor. The rear dropout on my bike was 135mm wide, and I had to widen it to 150mm to fit the wheel. Fortunately my frame is steel, so a few minutes pulling the forks apart (and then re-straightening the dropouts) did the trick.

Good product, usually, but when something goes wrong, support is a little tough.
I've purchased this product a few times and everything has been great, however the last one purchased had a bad throttle. The display tells me that with an error 8 code. I had a throttle from one of the previous kits and tried that and everything worked fine. This makes it clear that the throttle is bad. But clearly the agent at Kirmex that I am interfacing with is not reading my messages. They ask for video and offer to accept a return of the whole works. You might think that it's fair enough that they offer a return. But if you properly install and manage the wires of one of these kits, it takes a few hours. So the idea of dismantling it and returning it is insane with just a bad throttle. Eventually, the customer service agent seems to have read my messages and understood that the throttle was bad and agreed to send me a new throttle. Fair enough. The product is generally so good and especially so good at the price, that I gave it a 5 star rating in spite of the initial difficulty getting a good throttle sent to me. I've used this kit on 5 or 6 trikes to convert them and the motor is peppy, the display is nice and the accessories are contemporary and nicer than in an average kit.

Kit works fine easy to install but wheel was cracked when arrived
The kit is very straight forward to install, very easy for about anyone to do takes 4 basic hand tools and looks good. However the rim is cracked like spokes were over torqued or something Crack on each side of spoke going down sidewall of rim on both sides and 3 other spokes have bulging area on sidewall below them like they were over tightened alot too other than that works good has alot of power I got a bigger battery cause I'm heavier guy wanted more ah to make sure it had plenty of range for me. This seller hasent responded about issues with rim have sent 4 separate messages about it but that don't have to do with the kit it's self maybe buy from different seller ?

Nice that it's all in the package, just add battery
Put this kit on a cheap Vevor adult tricycle. Takes a bit of mechanical know-how to get it to work but you have all the parts to do it except a battery kit. A few tips I found the hard way:1) as another reviewer noted, the instructions are terrible and don't tell you which direction to install the front wheel kit. As you lay the wheel assembly flat with the wire cable sticking up and the word Pexmor visible, the hub will spin clockwise, so that's the right-hand (starboard) side.2) The kit comes with a torque arm assembly that looks horribly tacky, depends on a thin hose clamp to hold the end of the arm; but I noticed that the hole in the washer end of the kit happened to line up with one on my fork--all I had to do was drill it out slightly and put a bolt in it. Just watch the clearance to the screws in the main hub!3) Someone else pointed out that the throttle was touchy, and they're right. No easy fix, either, maybe somebody has tried a better twist throttle? Reprogramming the throttle ramp in the controller is beyond us ordinary mortals. It is possible to get away from a stop sign at a sane rate but you must have a delicate touch. Someone else said theirs would do burnouts but mine won't on asphalt, just loose dirt.4) I'm thinking I bought too big a battery--I've got 15 miles on the first charge and the battery meter still reads full. I got a 48V20AH LIPO, I think a 10AH battery would still be overkill.5) Instructions again: they say long-press the speed-up button to turn on the headlight BUT DON'T TRY IT! I was standing next to the trike and it nearly ran me over when I did that. The light just comes on when you power the system up with the "M" button.

5 star (Needs battery connecting tutorial)
Best ebike kit ever! Was really easy to setup. Doesnt have instructions to connect battery so if you need to connect the battery, connect the red and red together, cut a bit of the rubber film off, same with the 2 blacks. Use the electric tape. Topped this bike off at 37mph. LOVE IT

Difficult installation
It's probably a decent enough conversion kit, qualitywise, but it hasn't been an easy installation. First, the bicycle that I was going to install it on didn't have disc brakes. So, ended up buying a different bicycle WITH disc brakes. Then, the disc brake's caliper was too thick and rubbed on the wheel, so I had to purchase a thinner caliper. Then, all of the controls that go in the bag and strap under the cross bar wouldn't fit because the new bicycle has a monoshock there. So I have the bag of controls kind of ziptied off to the side. Then, the PAS module is supposed to go between the pedal and the crank. I purchased the crank removal tool but it stripped out the aluminum threads on the bicycle. Now, there isn't any pedal assist, and also there's a vibration in the wheel or motor when operating it. Also, be aware that with a front wheel conversion, it will make the front wheel spin in certain uphill situations, when you don't have enough traction or weight over the front wheel.
