Will the case interfere with s-pen function?

This isn't an answer. Does the case interfere with s-pen use on the screen. My current case makes the s-pen inoperative with the screen. If the case is removed s-pen works flawlessly Does this case interfere with s-pen?

Is the back flat/flush or is the lock section raised creating a hump on the back of the case?

It is flat it is indented where it locks in

Can anyone offer insight on how it compares to an otterbox defender in terms of drop protection? I hate switching cases all the time

Not worth the price premium

I'm not super impressed with this case given the price premium over the standard quad lock case. It protects the phone adequately, but the smooth back makes it slide out of your hands constantly, and the magnet is not strong enough to hold a galaxy S22 ultra onto anything and becomes more of an annoyance with things getting stuck to the back of it. I wouldn't reccomend it unless your dead set on having the quad lock for a motorcycle or something. I end up taking it off when I'm not riding and using my presidio 2 case which is all around a better product for half the money.
