Good & Basic
Love it! No frills but easy to set up and use.

Great for homework!
I bought it mostly for helping my kids with their homework. Connect it to a projector and they can see me show them how to solve math problems and I can help them with other homework assignments.

Good, not amazing.
It's pretty intuitive to use. Though the camera light feature doesn't do much. And the picture quality seems pretty low-rez. It has filled the need for me to teach with, however.

Fair quality, USB cord does not fit properly
Very poor (worthless) on-line manual (no user manual enclosed). Website does not provide information beyond very basic set-up. Light-weight, plastic. Enclosed USB cable would not stay connected to device. I had another cable, which fit and stayed connected. If the device does not seem to work, try a different cord. I connected this directly to a large-screen tv with the HDMI cable (no computer), and it works fine. Higher zoom magnification would be nice, as I am using this as a video magnifier (I have a severe vision impairment). I am using this in my workshop to help see items better. I have an IPEVO VZ-X in my office, which is great, but too pricey for the workshop (it has many other features helpful in the office but not needed in the workshop).

Product doesn't work. The listed resources don't exist.
When plugged into my Win11 machine, the computer does not recognize the device at all, not even that a device has been found. Power is getting to the device, as the buttons light up. But the only thing that works is the button to turn the button lights on and off. The card thar comes with the device says to check the video quick guide at the website, but when you go there, there is no video, just some text (not a link) saying "Video Tutorial". There is a link to download the manual, but that manual is complete devoid of useful information. The card also says that we can download utilities from the website. Alas, there are none. The website also has no mechanism to contact them for support. Instead, the card says that we have to go through Amazon. I've done that, and now I have to wait days for someone to get back to me. I will do so, but if that doesn't solve the problem immediately, this item is going back and I will be careful to never purchase one of their products again.

Great quality livestream classroom camera
This is such a modern spin on the old school projectors! It's easy to pack up and travel with, making it great for visits or even at work. One neat thing about it is how well it works right now in classrooms.Connecting this to a smart board, you can easily start reading out-loud storybooks that you have laying around. This makes it very easy to put out your process, to all the eyes that need to see it.The functionality is very straight forward. There are a handful of buttons that support the standard feature set as far as lights on, lights off, zoom in and zoom out, but it can also be used as a video camera for conferencing and for video calls too. This runs no less than a standard video camera and requires no extra software, making it just plug and play. With something like this, its hard to undercut the value when it's just infront of you like that!

It works with Chromebook!!
I’ve been looking for something that will work with my Chromebook and this camera goes above and beyond what I have currently in my classroom. The document camera I have must be over 20 years old or so. Or at least it feels like I’ve had it that long. This picture quality will be amazing to use as I demonstrate my art procedures to my elementary art students. It is compact, but seems to be well-made and sturdy. Great picture quality and once I figured out how to use it (it took me maybe 15 minutes of research online) it was easy to use.

Okay but breaks at the joints
Worked great for about a year. Then goes fuzzy and blacks out intermittently. Finally snapped at one of the joints when I was adjusting it. Very disappointed cus it was a nice camera and worked pretty well.
