Q: how long is the included usb-c cable ?

Quite long.. I'm going to guesstimate 2m which is 6.6'... and pretty robust. Considering this charger *includes* the cable which is a lot of times extra, this is a very good value for the money!

Q: How does the 65 Compare with necteck 60 charger and how is the performance with Mac book pro larger than the 13”?

This is as efficient as the 60, and more compact. You will however on larger laptops such as the MAcBook Pro line want a minimum 90W charger to support the graphics and processor needs. It will easily charge any laptop, but you may have reduced performance on more demanding laptops.

I don't know if it will work for the new dell xps 13 plus. I use it for my Samsung Galaxy phones (S22 Plus & S21 FE) and with my Samsung Galaxy Book. I've been using these chargers for a couple of years without any problems. I purchased them because they support super-fast charging and are worry-free.
