Can it pump up car/truck tires?

Yes. It might be slow since it’s manual, but it will pump up car tires and truck tires.

Will it really go to 90 psi for my vintage 10 speed?

Yes this pump will go to 90psi. I fill my tires to 100 psi. It does take a few extra pumps than my old tire pump.
