Very handy book for my work.

Tables are set up nicely but the print is light and small. For as often as I use it though it’s ok.

this book is a must have. it simply has a column for doller amount then a column for number of years and where the interest & years intersect you have the whole picture.

I like this book because it works for a user to find out how much he (or she) is paying per month, based on the loan amount, term (in years), and the interest rate, before s/he find out how much s/he is paying per month. This is a wonderful and invaluable tool for any home-buyer, car purchase/loan, etc... to have! Thank you very much!! :)

No problems pretty straght forward just look up your interest rate and time period .
