Just like New
Phone looks brand new. Has a renewed sticker from a reliable company. Works great and holds a charge. No original LG packaging or instructions was included. I like LG ThinQ phones as they have a great camera, earphone jack and an SD card slot. It did take 17 updates/reboots to bring the phone up to date.

Incredible phone for cheap!
Amazing phone and the camera per photo and video is cinematic!Who cares that it's older.........it still kills the modern iphone in performance!

Not 5G nationwide compatible. Great phone otherwise.
My husband loves this phone for gaming and streaming music over the new, faster 4G (156mbps down, tested.) It's a great deal at this price (257). I got it because the cpu/gpu benchmarks are great, it has 6Gb of RAM, and 128GB of internal space should be enough to go nuts with all the apps he wants, plus it allows SD micro cards for storage. According to my research I believe it's rootable too! I haven't tried it yet but soon I shall. We haven't used the camera much so no comments on that. My husband loves the improved graphics compared to my LG V20. Games look much more 3D.One annoying thing is that there really aren't any good screen protectors for this phone. The curved edges (which don't add anything to the visuals because they're black rather than part of the image) prevent the protectors from sticking on well. For some reason no one has made one that's just small enough to stick to the flat part without air pockets. My guess is this phone isn't very popular enough due to it's 5G incompatibility (see below.) The G7 has the same problem. Manufacturers just aren't interested in making accessories for it. Thanks to the Gorilla Glass, though, we've settled for a rugged case and no protector.Face recognition and fingerprint work great. Reception is great even though Verizon isn't the best in our area (running on actual Verizon prepaid, not MVNO.) We got Verizon because we like to go camping in the Utah/Colorado mountains and it's supposed to be the best for the wilderness. Haven't tried it yet but I'll update if we have problems. My phone is on AT&T so we wanted a phone on another network for backup. The phone only gets 5G Ultrawide, which costs an extra $10/month and is only available in cities -- not worth it unless you use your phone for multimedia at work where speed and reliability are critical. Casual movie streaming is fine (i.e. very good) over the current 150mbps 4G network in most populated areas. 5G Nationwide does not cost extra and is more widely available (in 2021). You need to get a more expensive phone for that though. Honestly this phone gets better speed tests than my home wifi so I have no complaints. I feel this phone almost deserves 5 stars but I knocked 1 off because the description is not crystal clear about the 5G Nationwide compatibility.

Worst phone ive ever had
Ok first i have to say the seller was AMAZING. It took 3 replacements before i got one that worked right. 1st one had audio issues. 2nd one had a defect in the screen that spread 2" into the screen in a week. Then this one. I honestly should have returned it as well but i firstly felt bad because i know this was a pita for the seller. Second, i put off even activating it for fear of it not working right and being out of the 30 day window. So with all that needless backstory lemme go in on the phone.1. Barely holds a signal, even in cities. Nearly every call drops and you have a 5050 chance a text will actually send.2. 5g doesnt work at all. As in it doesnt even pick up the signal.3. The phone will freeze and lock up often. For me its when I'm browsing items on a website, watching youtube or prime video and playing pokemon go.4. The size of it is awkward. Not large enough to be intuitive for 2hand, too large for one hand, due to it being horribly balanced you will often drop it if you try one hand.5. The phone will not allow you to get into your voicemail6. Worst screen ever. If youre outside in the daytime you might as well just forget about using it due to pathetic brightness. Even inside buildings if theres alot of windows or daylight the glare is abhorrent.7. Battery life while using the phone is about 5 to 6 hours.8. Every few days the screen will go black and it will display a message " setting up your phone and connecting to the network" for 20ish minutes. Then say "couldn't set up phone contact provider"9. At least the camera is decent.Avoid this phone at all cost. With this being the last phone LG made. It seems like they just threw it together and pushed it out. Feels like they phoned it in.Get it?They phoned it in?Eyyyyyy?Ok im done

Upgraded LGv10 I love it
Had the v10 for almost 5 years but it was breaking down. This phone is very refreshing. Sleek design, great cameras, excellent battery life. Pretty much exactly what you would want. Still comes with a head phone jack and quad dac audio whatever that means. Can't tell the difference but maybe there is one. As long as it doesn't break down in a few months 10/10 incredible deal for a phone at only $250. This phone was $1000 just a few years ago. Buy it!

Good upgrade from an aging V20
Works much like my V20 so it was familar but updated and faster than my old phone. No IR blaster :(No swappable battery :(But I knew that going in.Best unexpected surprises were wireless charging! And shortly after I got it, and Android 12 update was released!Worst unexpected surprise is while it works fine, it does not seem to work on 5G despite being a Verizon edition on Verizon. Supposedly this is because it was designed and released before Verizon actually had 5G, and the 5G flavor they went with isnt compatible?Doesn't matter tho, it's working great.
