Yes it will run 5600G it ran straight from boot up with no bios update.

Will this run a Ryzen 7 3800x??? And does it support m.2

It would but it doesn't have as much power delivery for the VRM's compared to bigger boards. The board may not be as great for longevity after as many years, but it will definately handle the 3800x. It has a single Full-Size 4x - 3.0 M.2 Slot
