You can clean rugs with this stuff
I bought this dead sea salt after watching a guy on YouTube that mentioned using dead sea salt to clean rugs in his carpet cleaning business. In the video he was using it for Oriental rugs because you don't want to use chemicals on those rugs and you don't want to scrub them because it can dull and potentially ruin the coloring of the rug. My rug is not Oriental and is nothing special but the white flower on it gets dirty with having 5 people (3 of which are children) living in the house and running around with shoes on sometimes. I have a HooverSmartWash+ Automatic Carpet Cleaner which has a cleaning solution tank and a tank you just put water in. So I filled the water tank with just water and with the solution tank I ONLY added water and this salt to it. I used like warm water in the solution tank and in the clean water tanks and I filled the solution tank to the fill line. For the salt I just guessed at how much to use. I used 6 tsp of salt and shook it up a little in the solution tank and attached it back on the machine. Since the salt has very fine flakes, they dissolve nicely. Anyone who lives in colder states knows the fear of salt on a rug or carpet because in the winter you risk getting salt in your home on the floor or on the floor of your car and when it dried it leaves white salt rings. This stuff does not do that. It was a fear I initially had when trying this but I realized that guy in the video doesn't want to ruin those Oriental rugs he cleans so maybe it doesn't occur when using this stuff. On a website called arearugexpert.com they specifically show this dead sea salt brand as the product they use on their rugs as well. So maybe give it a try if you have a rug that you want cleaned. I could tell it made a difference as I was cleaning it but the next day after it dried completely, I noticed it definitely made a huge difference.

Where have you been all of my life?!
My skin type is very fair and very sensitive. I struggle with hormonal adult acne on my face, back and chest. I can't use lotions or perfumed body wash/laundry detergent/etc without breaking out in acne or experiencing itchiness. I have been searching high and low for an alternative to expensive dermatological creams and pills (as I've tried most or all of them and my wallet is screaming in pain with no magical results to show for the dough I've dropped). I decided after reading up on 'natural remedy' recommendations to give salt baths a try- specifically dead sea salts, as epsom salts (or soaking salts as they're called in stores) are more for circulation and nerves than for skin.I wish I had discovered this much sooner. After 2 cups (or maybe a little more the first time) in a warm, 20 minute bath once or twice a week with all me submerged up to my earlobes, I am very impressed with the results. My skin is softer, more even toned, and best of all the acne on my chest and back is clearing up!I was so happy with the results of this salt that I ordered the 20lb bag to save money, and I plan to continue taking at least one 20 minute bath with 2 cups of salt per week. I'm now a believer and I wish I had started incorporating this into my routine a long time ago!

Minera Nailed It! 100% Natural for Natural Healing
Minera Dead Salt has been my Go To Dead Sea salt provider for years. Several years ago my physician recommended a Dead Sea salt soak 2 to 3 times a week for very dry dry skin caused by having gas heat in my home. Now she is also recommending it for both Diabetic nerve pain along with Dual Sciatica treatment. Adding 100% natural essential oils to the hot bath soaking regimen along with 1/2 cup baking soda always does the trick. Not only does the mix (1 to 2 Cups salt + 1/2 cup baking soda + 4 Tbsp. Pure Vegetable Glycerin) help with skin conditions it soothes the muscle tension and calms the neurological sensory nerves. Mixing the salts with baking soda also assists with helping women maintain a natural PH balance without adding man-made chemicals. GREAT for women over 50! The Minera salts have also reduced my adult child's severity of Achne. The true resealable packaging is a hug added bonus because it keeps the salt dry and clumping to a minimum.
