Worst Product and Worst After Sales, Don't Buy it ... Worst Brand of Projectors in the market
I bought this product from Solution Tree, while I was sold by telling me that this is one of the best product for home entertainment but to my surprise within 15 days of purchase, remote control of the projector stopped working. When I complained to their team came, their service team visited my house with a new remote only to figure out that problem existed in the product itself. I was told that this newly bought expensive product needs to be open and serviced. I insisted that they should replace the entire product as I had bought this product only 15 days back. I was told that's not possible and they took my projector to repair it. This problem was resolved however with 1 month of resolving this problem I started to notice a black dot started to appear in the screen from the projector. I called the service man "Dhanpal" with the issue, very strangely he again insisted that my team will visit your house to repair this product. I told him that prior to this product I was using LG projector for three years and I never faced a problem, Optoma within 2 months have had problem where I have to forcefully allow service people of Optoma to enter my house during Covid times. I again insisted that my product should be replaced but Dhanpal said I can't do that as it is not company policy. I asked him if he can guarantee that product will not have any other problem, he clearly said its electronic product and we can take such guarantee. Which means I am not the only one facing this problem, and Dhanpal is aware that this product will continue to give problem to me. I would strongly advice not to ever invest on this brand, they have very bad after sales and their product quality sucks
