This product was not worth what I paid for it after shipping handling and tax. Just a bunch of small plastic straws with a few designs..a small tary...string which did not work. Junk!

I bought the 4M Bubble Science kit as a Christmas gift for my son. The box came shrink wrapped and its contents inside were all in an unopened sealed bag. Unfortunately, I noticed one of the bubble wand stoppers was missing as it was suppose to have 2. I emailed the email address on the box informing them of the missing piece with all my information including my address and Amazon order number. They sent me 2 replacement bubble wand stoppers. It took a little time to get to me since it was mailed from Hong Kong. However, I couldn't be more thankful for them to make it right. Excellent customer service! Thank you! As for the kit itself, it seems pretty simple. It comes with a small bottle of bubble solution but it also includes a recipe for a bubble solution, which is nice. The plastic pieces seem to be well made and not a cheap flimsy plastic. We have not had a chance to play with it yet because of the cold weather. But I know both of my kids will enjoy making huge bubbles with this kit in the summer.

Not a single one of the activities in the booklet worked. I'm wondering if it's partly because we live in a dry climate (the book says it will not work as well if it's too dry out), but normal bubbles usually work fine here so idk. It's very annoying that they don't include enough bubbles to do all the activities, but they do include a bubble recipe which we didn't try.
