Worked great until ventilation fan in case died
As with any high performance RAID card, these run hot and require adequate ventilation. The one I purchased worked great until the ventilation fan I had installed specifically for the heat sink on this card failed and my system failed to warn me. Card impressively ran for another two weeks running super hot before it failed. If you are thinking of purchasing this card there are a few things to take into consideration:1. You will need to be able to provide directed airflow over the heat sink to keep the card from overheating and failing (making sure a fan alarm is set and WORKS helps)2. You will need to use the IBM MegaRAID Storage Manager v13 to get this card running properly in Windows 10 or below (I've read some people got it working with v15 of the software but I could not)3. I could not get this to work on Windows 11 even though it looked like the drive installed correctly and the software seemed to be working so I had to install it in a Windows 10 computerI would buy again if I wanted to get a cheap RAID running on a Windows 10 box. In this case, I purchased a newer RAID card that could run on Windows 11 so I could get my RAID into my main computer.

Dead after 7 Months
After 7 Months started loosing raid volume in windows. After a few hours trying to fix unsuccesfully, even by adding a fan, bought new one (same model).... for the price they are not going to get another model before fixing issues.... by fixing I mean adding a fan to the heatsink and not let it run at 100 celsius. Beaware those cards run extremely hot .....
