Q: Will Primo, Avalon or Brio water dispensers work with this? If so, which models specifically?

The ZeroWater bottle filtration system is compatible with most of the water coolers on the market today. In order for a cooler to be compatible with the ZeroWater filtration bottle the reservoir at the top of the cooler must be at least 6 inches wide and 6 inches deep and free from obstruction.

Q: How much do the replacement filters cost?

It really depends on the quality of the water you have. Mine last anywhere from 2-3 months between change without having any issues. You’re not supposed to change the filter til they reach a 08 and I use a slightly different setup but one filter lasts me 2-3 months of the zero water filters. I am a family of 4 as well btw.
