Great computer - great price
This is a great computer at an excellent price. It arrived earlier than expected and was everything it was advertised to be. It looked like new.

Difficult Resolving Problem
Laptop wasn't charging. After personal investigation found it was the charger. Never could get a replacement. After buying a replacement charger I tried using the laptop. It was horribly slow. I gave it two weeks for updates and etc. Was unusable. May have been the wireless modem but already wasted several hours with one issue or another. Return is only free if you use their carrier. Appears that I have to pay to send it back. Will be expensive as it is Hazmat. Stay away from Abys Electronics or BCB International. Unfortunately when buying used laptops I don't think you can know.

Like new but heavy
I purchased this with out realizing it was an older model laptop that had been refurbished. This laptop is a great value considering the components in it - SSD, I core 7 chip, 8 gigs memory. Mine also has Bluetooth and a video camera that some may not based on other comments. It also looks brand new and is great shape.That said, it is obvious once you try to pick it up that it isn't a newer model as this beast ways a ton (5 lbs) by current standards. It also puts out a ton of heat when worked hard and the fan blows that heat on my leg when I'm using it on my lap. It can get so hot I have to move it so that the fan isn't blowing on me.All in all, I would buy it again.

Great for business and college assignments
The laptop is heavy and best used on a desk. It is refurbished and seems to be an expensive and professional laptop perhaps used for business. I love it and use it to complete all my college assignments.

Ok computer
The space bar doesn't work properly. You have to hit it a bit hard. Note it’s a lil over 3 months and I need a new computer. I moved May 15. Ever since I unplugged it and replugged it the airplane mode stays on And won’t go off. Tried many attempts to no avail. Horrible computer. Will never buy refurbished ever again. Should have followed my mind before buying this garbage and wasting my money.Don’t buy.

EXCELLENT!
Perhaps one of the best purchases I have ever made. The laptop looks like new, exactly as described (there's no way you can tell it is pre-owned) and it is fully functional. The delivery was made one day ahead of schedule. It's a great deal with OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE!

BEWARE
MORE PROBLEMS THAT IT'S WORTH, I BELIEVE IT CAME PRELOADED WITH A TRACKING VIRUS. Within days after the return date expired it started doing some very odd things and of course now I can return it. I wish I never purchased it.
