Satin Ice ChocoPan Bright White Modeling Chocolate, 1 Pound

Incredibly easy to use, does not harden stiff so it makes the design easy to rework days later, and taste great! I have made my own in the past and it was fine but found that Satin Ice is much better. Very bright white! I have yet to use liquid or gel color with it but the dry powder did well.

I'm a first timer using this stuff. My goal was to create custom, edible toppers for baby shower cupcakes. I have to say, this stuff is SO easy to use. I wish all craft mediums were so user friendly. I was also surprised by how good it tastes. I thought it would either be overly sweet, or weird tasting, but it was the perfect little yummy cake topper.

I liked the flavor and it was a good product just didn't have a cool enough room to work with it plus my hands must have been too warm also because made it hard to keep shape and roll out

As a cottage baker, I LOVE this chocolate for making cake toppers and other figures ! Remains malleable if properly sealed after opening which is a MUST ! Have bought in the past and will continue to buy in the future :)
