It is made by chocolatiers in the US. There is no child labor. I suspect meeting US labor standards clears them there, though you could question the sourcing of the ingredients as well.

Really great effort - but far too sweet

What a fantastic effort, but sadly so much sugar and syrup. Just couldn't eat them. You would need a really sweet tooth to enjoy these.
