Great product, if I lived near zika mosquitos I'd buy several just to have around!
Used this net in an area of Utah that's has the 2nd highest population of mosquitos in the world, unfortunately the group I was with ran out of gas and we ended up camping on a wet sand bar On the river, with a fresh hatch of mosquitos, with long sleeves & pants, a ball cap and this net, I had maybe 6 bites through my clothing and 1 on my ear without using a drop of mosquito repellent. Folks next to me were super jealous I had this with me, and was not bothered by the mosquitos even with never using any bug spray of any kind. Would work even better with a "boony" style bucket hat, surely that one pesky bite on my ear would t have been a problem had I been wearing my fly fishing hat that has a 3" brim all the way around my head

Excellent full protection against all bugs
Excellent full protection against all bugs. A minor inconvenience was the net small size. With a hat as shown on the picture the net would be almost on your nose and face. With a large hat then it would be tight. The lower net opening is just about around the neck and not on the shoulders as shown. A larger net size will be perfect.PS: without a hat, then you will look like a bank robber with a panty hose on!!!

Keep out bugs.
All those annoying tiny bugs that like to fly around in the humidity... It kept them away from my face. I would not consider it an attractive fashion statement, but if you’re going to be out in nature (and can’t stand those nasty bugs flying into your nose or eyes) I would strongly recommend getting this.

skimpy size but manuf qual seems better than expected
This is about 16" high and 13 1/2" across. It seems smaller than the picture but will work ok for my 10 year old...it just barely fits over the brim of his hat. There is a camouflage fabric circle sewn into the top (I didn't catch that when I ordered.) The mesh is a bit bigger than 1/32", so I'm sure it will be fine for mosquitos but doubt it will stop gnats and no-seeums. They allowed plenty of mesh for the seams and folded it over a couple of times before stitching; a sewing technique that shouldn't rip-out. The small size is my only issue.

Second star is evidence of my generous nature
While this has a relatively fine mesh, it only barely fits over a normal head and would never fit over a real head and hat. It also bunches up at the neck so much the lower neck is exposed without a turtleneck-style collar, which needless to say is uncommon clothing where mosquito head nets are required.Even putting it over my larger noggin caused the mesh seam at the bottom elastic to give way. I'll keep it in reserve under the maybe-better-than-nothing theory, but that's it.

Tighter Than Pictured but Works With the Right Hat
Once you figure out that you need to wear this with a wide brimmed (billed) hat you'll love it. If the mesh is against your skin, the skeeters will bite right through it! It is NOT as 'poofy' as shown photo unless the head is as big as a softball. Also, it is NOT as wide at the botton as shown in photo. Having someone put this on over your hat for you will work out MUCH better it's that narrow.

Works Great
I have very light hair which seems to attract the gnats (or no-see-ums) whenever I'm out walking the dogs. The gnats get in my hair, my eyes, my ears, my nose - I think you get the picture. The high pitch buzzing in my ears drives me crazy. With the net over my head they pretty much ignore me. Every once in a while I can hear one buzzing around me but not for very long. They don't even land on the netting. Now when I get back from our walk I'm relaxed instead of being tense from having to fight off all those nasty gnats.

Inexpensive and Effective
Inexpensive protection against the no-seeums and other bugs that make fly fishing difficult and they fit over fishing hat with no hassle. You do need a hat with a 360 brim. A baseball cap won't hold the net out away from your face and head and neck. You want bugs where you fish so fish have food, but you don't want to be bug food. I have also been using for walking through the local land preserve when the nasties are swarming and it worked great.
