I don't know why everybody doesn't have one of these in their pocket at all times
How many times a day do I use this? People who know me consider me a source of light, often asking, "can I see your flashlight?" Because it's an indispensable accoutrement, a true EDC that is small enough to go everywhere with me, right alongside my wireless earbuds and pocket knife. And my phone, too. Yes, my phone has a flashlight, but it's not as good. No way. The Rovyvon is the best, glows in the dark so I can see it in the dark! I have to say, the warranty service on this is spectacular. They just sent me a new one, right away after I sent them the documentation they require-- got it in like 2 days! Amazing. If you get one, don't just throw it in a drawer and forget about it. Use it, put it in your pocket, keep it on your person. You will end up using it all the time, probably. I think. That's what happened with me, anyway.

Best EDC flashlight
I always wanted a flashlight but I hate to carry a ton of stuff, that's why step by step I'm creating my personal EDC bag. I was thinking about a flashlight because I walk during the night, so instead using my phone flashlight I decided for something more dedicated. But as I said I hate to carry a lot of stuff that why I was looking for a keychain flashlight and let's be honest...unless you are a policeman, you're in the army, some security guard or for some specific reason you don't need a big bulky flashlight. Well I looked at every review about the best keychain flashlights on the internet and the battle was between rovyvon and nitecore, I always wanted a nitecore so why I bought a rovyvon? Because this little guy do a lot of stuff in a tiny tiny size. Unfortunately my first flashlight was completely dead, completely. But rovyvon, after some photos and videos, replaced it immediately and I'm here to tell you: buy it without doubts. It's crazy, this flashlight is very powerful for its size...650 lumens at his max for 90 seconds. Side leds that turns your flashlight into a lamp, then (your choice) red LEDs or UV light. I chose the red led model because I find it more useful than the UV version. And last but not least the body glows in the dark!! So there are a lot of pros but also some cons. First, there are 4 light different levels: 3,25,400,650. I mean there is too much difference between the 4 steps, it would be better 25, 250,400,650. And second the charger, we're in 2021 everybody uses the USB C charger, why in the world still installing a micro usb? Let's be clear I don't mind, I'll take the cable and just charge the light but it just would be nice to have an usb c (nitecore has it). So at the end of this review I really like this tiny flashlight, it's very very useful and when you least expect it you will find it there at your fingertips. Recommended!!

Top notch flashlight but the sidelight is orange not red
This flashlight is tiny, the battery lasts long, the beam is good, the UX is acceptable. Happy with my purchase. The sidelight is advertised as red, but it's more of an orange-red. Pure red light is better at preserving night vision, so this is a minor flaw.

still a great product, just not the best generation
i've got both the 3rd and 4th generation of the A5 flashlight, and day to day i still prefer to use the 3rd gen for one major reason - the power button.on the 3rd gen model, the power button is hidden under a rubber nipple. giving it more water/dust protection and a significantly nicer operation feel. the 4th gen has the metal button that feels a little loose/wobbly, and just not very satisfying to click on and off.aside from that the 4th generation has some really key upgrades, including: usb c charging (much faster! much easier to plug in), new magnetic clip that is infinitely useful! the clip itself is sturdier, stays attached to the light a lot better, gives a little more space to clip to thicker hat brims, and that magnet is just the bees knees :D i frequently use the magnet when working on my truck and motorcycle to get light exactly where i need it. and with the side lights it'll snap to the side of my bedframe for a nice reading lamp. but you can buy this clip from the manufacture, which is what i did to upgrade my 3rd gen light!anyway, this continues to be a knock out product! i buy these for xmas gifts for just about everyone i know. i've replaced all my camp headlamps with this thing, and a 1/4 space and weight, zero regrets with any generation on that. fantastic product. hope rovyvon fixes the power button in the next iteration.

Buy with confidence
The item is just as expected-- very small, very bright, and very useful. It looks and feels like a quality product and you don't even notice you're carrying it until it's needed, the perfect EDC. 5 stars so far! It's never a good thing to receive an incomplete item, but at least I got to test out that customer service we've all been reading about. When I wrote in to note that the clip was missing from my package, the seller replied immediately with an above-and-beyond solution. 5 stars there as well.So that's it-- you're buying an excellent product, and if yours happens to get past QC when it shouldn't have, you can rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of immediately and in the best way possible.

Great little flashlight, really loved it, but stopped charging altogether a few days ago.
I love the size, the glow in the dark, the lantern mode. I got it for backpacking, but used it as my EDC. The clip was great and it fit in any little pocket. I could find it in the dark, but a couple days ago I plugged it in and nothing. I checked the plug, I tried different cables, no luck. It's expensive for such a small flashlight and as such is too much for me to replace, so even though I love it's features over a lot of other flashlights, I'm going to have to replace it with something cheaper that I probably won't like as much because I can't afford to spend $40 for a flashlight that doesn't make it 6 months. Not sure what I'll pick up yet, but something I won't feel as bad if it just stops working like this did.

Love this light
Great light. All features work well. Bright single click is extremely bright. Moonlight setting works fine in dark areas. Battery life very good. Highly recommend if you need a small pocketable light.
