Well written, easy to understand
Great book, easy to read but also has 44 pgs of documentation. Mark Sloan is a great author. His cancer book is a must read as well. Its all about how addressing health at the metabolic health level is everything. If you're familiar with Dr. Ray Peat's work (everyone should!) you will love this book. Mine is highlighted on every page.

Mark's books are life-changing
I recently heard about something called Methylene Blue and all the wonderful things it can do. So I searched for it on Amazon. I ended up finding a book on it by Mark Sloan. However, the search also turned up his book on Red Light Therapy. I ordered the Methylene Blue book and found it easy to read and I learned so much about diseases and cells. It also talked quite a bit about Red Light Therapy, so I decided to order that book before I went any further. It was also an easy read and so informative.My husband has a 40 year old injury to his lower spine and we had been able to control some of the pain over the years with Chiropractors and a natural anti-inflammatory. However, as we are getting older, he was starting to have constant pain. I decided to try getting a Red Light Pad from Novaalab and we started there. We both are using it every morning and it started making a difference in his pain. It also seemed to help us both in our overall well-being.After several weeks we decided to add the Methylene Blue to our routine and it seemed to improve his back so that he has little to no pain most of the time. It has been a life-saver. He also just got Shingles last week on his temple. They looked bad the first day. So I gave him a second dose of 20 drops of Methylene Blue that night. The next morning it was looking and feeling better. We went to the Doctor and they verified it was Shingles. So they put him on an anti-viral. However the Blue is also an anti-viral and we feel it gave him a great head-start on beating the Shingles. It is now almost a week later and he has had no pain and the Shingles have gone away. They never spread, which was our fear since it was so close to his eye.I recommend to everyone to read Mark's books as I feel they have changed our whole outlook on modern medicine. He has an EndAllDisease web page that is fantastic and it has so many great articles. I also ended up buying his Bath Bomb & Balneotherapy book which is also great! Thank you so much Mark, I have recommended your books to my family and friends. I am going to put this Review on both the Red Light Therapy and the Methylene Blue books by Mark.

Important and relevant!
This easy-to-read book gives you all the background information and context to the current and historical applications of red light therapy; the do’s and don’t’s of using this technology to enhance your health and wellbeing.After each application I notice very specific changes going on in my body and mind. It’s only been two weeks since purchasing the red rush 360 but I have noticed considerable positive changes in my chronic digestive issues, some skin issues, muscular recovery is quicker from workouts or minor injuries, and my nervous system is far more relaxed and resilient than it’s ever been. I am so far a firm believer in the efficacy of this type of therapy and have been recommending it to friends, family, and clients for personal use. I highly recommend reading this book before using the device especially since the quick guide and faq page on the website differ slightly in recommendations for time and distance exposure. If u can afford the larger device a timer would be most helpful! I plan to update as I anticipate a more profound impact to my health. I am also reading the entire trilogy in this series. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mark Sloan for making this information and technology more readily available to the general public.

Incredible Book - I bought several more copies for Christmas gifts
I was so inspired by this book that I ordered a red light therapy device from Block Blue Light, and I saw amazing results with it in just two weeks. Energy levels are incredible, inflammation and stiffness are way down, fat is being burned off and my skin looks like I have had the best facial of my life. Sun damage and dark spots are going away too. Red Light Therapy IS a miracle.Reading this book made me realize that not getting enough light is probably what has to do with so many of our health issues. We stay indoors way too much and it is unnatural for our body's needs.Aside from the fabulous information in the book, there is a fantastic YouTuber named Alex Fergus who does very thorough red light product/company reviews. I suggest watching some of his videos to help you decide which device to buy. You want to make sure to get one with more wavelengths. More wavelengths mean more body benefits because each wavelength does different things. Some of the cheaper products only have one wavelength.For instance, I went to a local tanning salon before my product arrived to try their red light therapy bed. I later found it only had one wavelength, whereas my device has six. Do your research, but start with this book. The information in it will blow you away. The author has several other wonderful books as well. Check them all out. I have read most of them now. Life-changing information in each one.

Another adjunct to get healthier
Hello! Mark, I recently read your book on methylene blue and then red light therapy! I enjoyed both books. I would like to know how do you incorporate the use of methylene blue and red light therapy and all other detox methods into every day life? When is it too much so as to not overwhelm our bodies with detox but then again our bodies ARE overwhelmed with all the poisons and toxins in our daily lives already and as a result all the cancers and illnesses! Maybe you could shed some light on how to do what when. I guess I’m answering my own question. Do red therapy session in am for 10 min, add methylate blue drops to your juice. Eat organic food, exercise, drink purified water with lemon, practice positive thinking, take supplements, make sure you get enough sleep, use chemical free personal hygiene products, keeping reading the literature to educate yourself, grown your own food, live in the country to hopefully breath purer air ….etc etc, it’s a complete lifestyle change & commitment to get healthy.
