Because of my work schedule and other responsibilities, I feel I'm always low on energy and constantly need a boost of energy. I usually resort to a coffee; however, this has become an expensive habit over the years and I wanted to try something that would be a little more subtle. Hence, green tea in a bottle. Let me preface by saying I don't mind drinking green tea like a normal person, however there have been moments I just don't have the time to prepare my teapot and enjoy a drink. These take away the hassle and not only save you time but money as well. They are wonderful and easy to swallow. I don't use them all the time as I'm also cautious with how much caffeine I consume considering I suffer from GERD. The times I have taken these, they have been great. I will only consume 1/day. I've never been one to become jittery or have any physiological response from caffeine so I was glad these also didn't cause any of these side effects. The best part? They're effective and subtle. They kick in without you knowing and just at the right time too. You feel alert and are suddenly capable of taking over the world. Honestly, it's a great product with a fair price and no side effects. I'm glad I tried these and if you're not sensitive to caffeine, you will too!

I think for a supplement this product exceeded my expectations. I was looking for something to help with brain fog and aid in weight loss. I can honestly say that my brain fog is tremendously better after I take this and I feel much less scatterbrained. It feels like I drank a cup of coffee but I don't feel weird or jittery, I just feel ready for the day! As far as weight loss I have been loosing weight since before I started taking this so I cant say if its truly helping me loose weight but I feel like this helps me focus and find the energy to workout/walk/whatever it may be and I just feel better after I take this. Would definitely recommend adding to your vitamin cabinet!
