Set up was SUPER easy. Just screwed in the little legs and it was ready to go. This size is ideal for my small LA studio. Great couch size for smaller areas. Also, I am 5'5" and can fully stretch out my legs on the chaise.The cushions are very firm, which is what I prefer for good back support, etc. But cushion-y enough that you can sink in a bit and it's cozy - especially with blankets & pillows.PHOTO: For size reference / comparison, 15" MacBook and full size bed.UPDATE (April 14, 2020): Still love this couch, but an area on the chaise ripped about 8 months into owning - (I was able to mend it easily). I can start to feel the springs in the area I sit the most, and the fabric underneath the couch is sagging now. Overall, you get what you pay for. This is great for a shorter amount of time, and I'll keep it around a bit longer.

I am maybe too exaggerating for my headline and a question maybe coming out that how many sofa do you bought throughout your whole life?Anyway, it is too value for money with sectional sofa, with ottoman and 2 pillows.The sofa look exactly the same as in the photo.The sofa is very comfortable, and it is too easy to assemble, you can probably finish it within half an hour, recommend to have 2 persons.I just have it a week ago, so far I am 100% satisfying it but can't guarantee how will it be in future.

This came in a box and all I had to do was screw on the plastic feet and set up the pillows, its compact but oh so comfy, great for small spaces! It also seems nicely sturdy, only complaint is that the little indents for decor gather crumbs like no other. This is well made

After only one weekend this is what the cushion looks like. Just sitting and watching a movie and normal tv. We are not overweight and no small children jumping on the couch. The quality of the fabric and couch as a whole is not good!

I’ve had this couch for about 8 months now. Upon receiving it there was a large tear on the left arm rest about 6” long. I honestly didn’t want to deal with returning and the hassle of it so I just decided to patch it up myself and keep it.A few months into having it, the sectional portion started tearing. It seems as though if you move a certain way, the fabric/thread won’t keep up. The tear is almost from the middle of the cushion to the side. I have since sewed it. Here’s hoping that’ll stop it!Apart from the tears, it’s pretty comfortable. I like that the ottoman can be placed to almost be like a bed. Just be careful not to move too much.

I purchased this item as a gift. Delivery was delayed by over a week, with no one being able to update me on the actual status of delivery for the item. I started to get worried as I read reviews because many people talked about never even receiving the item. So, in that sense, I guess I was at least lucky it was actually delivered. However, within a month the frame of the couch started breaking and falling apart. There are no little kids running around jumping on top of the couch. It was normal use, and still it started to fall apart, the arm rest was also collapsing. SO NOT WORTH the money. DO NOT BUY!!!

The couch is comfortable and looks quite a bit more expensive than $400. It arrived well packed in one box and with dust protectors. The delivery was seamless and the guy brought it up to our door by elevator. Set up was very easy, just put the legs and arrange the cushions, no tools necessary.

This was such an easy thing to put together. Perfect size for my apartment. It is a small couch but the measurements are in the description. Delivery was super easy and I even texted the people to possibly put it in a car when they delivered it. It came in ONE box with and I was able to fit it into a Chrysler Pacifica (which the delivery men kindly did for me) It's one of the cheaper ones I could find that included a VERY nice size ottoman. It's firm just like I like and it looks like there's zippers on the coushions if you have to restuff them down the road or wash. My only complaint is that a few of the legs came in scratched. Other than that I really like it. I'll post and update down the road :)*****Update****I chatted with customer service and they gave me a $181 refund for the damaged legs :) they also gave me the option of the refund or to send replacements. Of course I chose the refund
