Poor quality

Had to return this, as connector for power plug wouldn't stay connected. Poor design, when the priority is charging a phone versus quality in the clock, and its power source.

Poor reliability. Did not last a year. Also, even though it dims, it was still really really brite.

Not a 10 Minute snooze

I bought it because it was supposed to have a 10 minute snooze. How ever it goes off every 5 minutes and is very annoying. The sound is too loud for my taste for the alarm. I've turned it down on the lowest and is still too loud.
