Exerpeutic 475SL Inversion Table with AIRSOFT No Pinch Ankle Holders & SURELOCK Safety Ratchet System

Diagnosed with above average spinal disc degeneration in a number of discs resulting in lower back pain, leg/hip stiffness and tingling in lower legs. Started off with low angle for a few minutes and worked up to a more acute angle for up to 10 minutes three of four times a day and within four days the lower back ache had gone. Still gets exacerbated if I over do exercise etc but soon goes again so that's a positive. After 8 weeks I have yet to see much improvement to the lower leg tingling or stiffness but live in hope. Small problem with one of the parts on assembly was soon resolved by the suppliers and a replacement part arrived quickly. Great customer service. Item took about 1.5hrs to assemble and is very robust; more like proper gym equipment. Recommended.

I did a bit of research before buying an inversion table. I must admit I was drawn to the Teeter brand as they seem to be all over the internet and quite high in quality. However you can easily spend 2-3 times the price of this one, so honestly I was sceptical about buying this being 'only' £250. However I am very pleasantly surprised. The item needs putting together and apart from putting the bed (table) onto its brackets, can be a one-man-job. It feels very heavy and solid, and the bed is well padded and comfortable. I must admit I am so glad I didn't go spending two or three times the price on another table as I can honestly say. Works well, exactly as the Teeter does, being well balanced. For the price its a great product.

I have bought this inversion table for my osteopathic clinic to use for my patients. The quality is very good and its stability is perfect. The package and the instructions for assembling was so clear and easy to follow. It’s my first time ever to see a company separates all the screws and labels them so efficiently. Wonderful idea. All other companies should learn and do the same.

I do like the foot supports, more comfortable than my last inversion table that had simple round pads. But....while technically the back goes to 180 there is an issue.....the only way I can stay there is to put my elbows against the frame to hold myself there. The pivot point seems to be off and no matter where I adjust the height the steepest I can get is about 140-150 degrees unless I push myself lower. It still works, still fairly happy with it....but somebody seems to have made a design mistake.

But really helped alleviate my sciatica.

Very strong and sturdy. Just what you want when hanging upside down! Does relieve pressure off discs for a while.
