Packaged well, separately zipped up in plastic holdal.No bad smell as others have had, good material, removable cover too.It's pretty firm, thick, full, heavy...This is great for sitting upright behind your back and feels well supported, it's even better for between the knees when sleeping on your side.I did find it too firm to lay my head on for longer than 20 mins and actually got a headache from it.I bought this to support my knees and hips for OA so it's great for me, it doesn't move around or lose its shape, I wake up in the same position I went to sleep in.

I am using this alot at the moment and figured as it's been such a life saver for me it deserves a review.Photo included is now, not when I brought it in Nov2019. I've used it alot on and off and it's great quality. It's heavy and firm, gives great support and is great for neck and shoulder flare ups. It is also very good for a weak or poorly person who needs to sit up in bed, as it is so firm and supportive.I couldn't recommend it enough!I use it in my chair and for sleep, if you like your memory foam to be firm yet nice and soft to lay on then this is for you. But it is heavy so bear that in mind when purchasing.

Love the pillow. Great support for reading and watching TV in bed. I can't sleep with it all night, but this is just personal preference and health reasons.The pillow is quite heavy but it doesn't move and keeps its shape. There was a very slight smell. The pillow cases I had were basic eBay ones, I could get them on but it made pillow too hard...they were just a bit too small, I've posted in the community for help on where to buy good ones that fit. May need another as hubby 'borrows' it!!!

This is such a comfortable v shape, I have asthma and this is good at supporting my shoulders. I did read reviews before I bought it and a few said theirs had a strong smell, I must admit mine had no unpleasant smell at all and was able to use it immediately.

I broke my scapula (shoulder blade) and thought this would help as my existing v shaped hollow fibre pillow was getting a bit compressed, but no, this is SO FIRM.It's actually painful to lie against. If you like a firm, VERY FIRM pillow, then you'll like it, but if you want comfort, then avoid.I've given it 3 stars as it's personal taste, but I would say its comfortable at all.

This is not like regular memory foam, it doesn't compress in the same way and is actually more like a very firm cushion. The cover also pills a lot, and when you remove the pills they come off with weird stringy fibers (see pic). This needs to be done every few days.
