Why Quantum Physicists Do Not Fail: Learn the Secrets of Achieving Almost Anything Your Heart Desires

Tremendous - A rare five-star review!
It took me forever to read this Kindle book. I'm probably going to buy it in print, in addition to my Kindle copy, because it's the kind of book I need to re-read often. It's a highlight-and-scribble-in-the-margins kind of book.(Update: I did buy it in print, and love it even better as a real-life, printed-on-paper book. So, I now own two copies of this.)I'm addicted to quantum studies. I've read lots of books on the subject, seen nearly every documentary about it, and still want more. This book is extraordinary, because it takes quantum studies -- a subject that's very difficult for most people to wrap their brains around -- and breaks it down with easy-ish examples, like a fish tank.I say "easy-ish" examples because this isn't a simple subject. Despite how long scientists have known about this subject, most of us grew up reading and memorizing science text books that say the complete opposite of what's true. And when, through trial-and-error, our experiences were different, we came up with tangled excuses that kept the old, outdated science books right and us... well... wrong.Until you get past that kind of thinking, it's pretty darned difficult to change your life.Look at something as obviously science-based as your weight. Calories in, calories burned... that's pretty straightforward, isn't it? Yet, every January, diet book sales soar, gyms see a surge in attendance, and -- by February, if not sooner -- people are explaining to themselves why little is changing. They lose five pounds and gain it right back. Their new muscles are great until a pulled hamstring sends them back to square one.Yes, this book can probably help you change your weight. More importantly, it can change your outlook on life. In fact, it can change your life, if you're willing to cast off old ideas and shake loose of the everyday limiting concepts that keep you in the tiny little fishbowl. However, this probably isn't one of those books you'll sit down, read, and apply in its entirety, right away. Unraveling the limiting ideas so you're free of them... that's easier said than done. Old habits and beliefs are woven through almost everything you do each day, from the moment you wake up.The good news is, you can read this book and start applying the first new habit. A week later, read (or at least skim) the book again, and -- if the new habit is working out -- start with the next one. Take it in layers.I won't pretend this book has changed my life, but it has changed my outlook on a lot of things. And, that change in outlook has -- in turn -- improved my life. But, despite my background in quantum studies, this is still a one-step-at-a-time kind of process.I'm a huge fan of quantum-related books that explain the science behind what we experience. Theoretically, I understand a lot of it.However, if you're going to read just one book to integrate quantum realities into your everyday life, this is probably the book to get.I hardly ever give a book five stars. This book is an exception.I hardly ever use phrases like "instant classic," either. This book impressed me enough to put it in that category. It's not light reading. I don't think anything quantum-related can be.However, this book makes quantum studies more accessible than pretty much any other book I've read on the subject. And, while this may sound like I'm describing yet another self-help book, it's more like an owner's manual for life in this reality. If you want to understand how everything works, after being told (by almost everyone, especially your old science books) things that sound logical but make life more difficult than it has to be... read this book.

Law Of Attraction Junky
As the Title states, I am a self- proclaimed Law Of Attraction Junky. I have all the Abraham Hicks Books; great books. I have read almost all Dr. Wayne Dyer’s Books; very insightful. And any Law of Attraction collection would not be complete without The Secret Series of books by Rhonda Byrnes; Classic and very positive messages. The Secret Movie is where I started, and have been captivated ever since. Along with Neville Goddard’s and Wallace Wattles’ titles, I have a plethora of insightful and positive information at my disposal. BUT: There has always seemed to be a road block; something incomplete with the messages from these authors. I have enjoyed all of these books, don't get me wrong, and have used the information and messages to receive and allow myself to have a comfortable, happy life. I am a very positive person, now; and can manifest parking spots, enough money that I have paid down almost all of my debt in only 4 months, lunches, drinks, pens, cd's, movie tickets, DVD's, phone calls and text messages, and a great work environment; you know the little things. But I have never gotten over that threshold. I still have longing and unfulfilled desires. Although I always have enough: I am in no way where I want to be with financial abundance. I want to lose these last 20lbs., and something still has me having unwanted and negative ideas about the things I desire most. Even with all of the positive affirmations, the positive notes, the good thoughts I feel I have about most things, I realized I have still been blocking myself from my deepest desires; and I realized this once I read this book. (I also highly recommend Greg Kuhn’s “How Quantum Physicists Build New Beliefs,” which I believe is a highly insightful companion to this book.) These two books have given me the Next piece of the puzzle: the Science behind The Law Of Attraction, Quantum Physics. I am amazed that with all the above listed literature, not one of these books or authors goes deeper into the meaning and the process. Greg Kuhn does, though; thank goodness. With the meaning and the science about the Universe answered with this “New” Science, and the tools and processes Greg gives in these two books, (I have purchased the other three of his books, but just started the third, “Why Quantum Physicists Don’t Get Fat,”) and the examples he uses; it has already given me a resurrected hope of finally achieving my goals of manifesting my true desires. Positive Affirmations and “Good Thoughts” are great, but I was just sugarcoating my true feelings, and these books have really opened my eyes about this. To ask myself, “How do I truly feel about my desires” was a new experience, and seems to be the very logical, but elusive next step in the Law Of Attraction Process. This journey I have been on, discovering the Law of Attraction, has been magnificent and without the afore-mentioned material would be incomplete. I truly feel I have manifested each of these titles and authors at just the right time throughout my discovery of this process with every new step I take, and now working these processes Greg has explained, along with the knowledge I now have about Quantum Physics from these books, each new day brings new, never before see and felt discoveries. Thank you Greg Kuhn; Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I am now on the journey to truly BELIEVE and RECEIVE!!

Delusional garbage
Possibly the worst book you will ever read? Or, hopefully, you won’t. It’s so awful that you could review practically every sentence in it, explaining what nonsense it is.I haven't read any of his other books, thank God, but assume (given their titles) they’re all variations on the same theme. As someone who has formally studied Quantum Mechanics, I can tell you, quite simply, that little of what you’ll find in this book has any relationship to it, despite the author’s continual claims to the contrary. The author’s primary thesis seems to be that, because particles can be said to be influenced by observation, you create your entire universe by existing in it. Well, maybe you do… but let’s examine one out of thousands of laughable assertions he stretches that to:On p40, he asserts: “For example, you expected to see the chair you sat in when you entered the room, so it was waiting for you—created for you from the quantum field.” So, presumably, had my girlfriend rearranged the furniture in the room, my favourite chair would still appear when I walked in, because I expected it to.Can you really believe that somebody actually wrote such nonsense? I wonder what would happen if we both expected to see different things when we entered the room – how would the outcome be decided? What happens in rooms we haven't been in before – how do we know what to create? And also, presumably, my girlfriend only exists because I create her every time we see each other… or does she create me?This author is a lunatic. And what all such madcaps have in common is their total belief in their own delusional “reality”. In the unlikely event he reads what I’ve written, he will no doubt shake his head sadly, and pronounce me as a poor soul who simply isn't ready or capable of accepting the higher-level knowledge he has imparted. You can’t do anything with people like that, I’m afraid – except to ignore them studiously.

More good stuff from Greg Kuhn
Change limiting beliefs over how "life" works, which then changes your expectations of what you can TRULY achieve in your life (at a deeper psychological level than mere wishing or hoping); so making your world your oyster! Simple and scientifically supported. 'Suck it and see' - this book can only help in anyone's search for a workable paradigm or mindset from which one can move from struggle to personal peace and joyous living. Simple to read and recommended. J.R.

heavy stuff
I found this very hard to comprehend, but I am going to read it again and again until it makes sense to me.
