I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple of years now. I started off wearing Crocs, then Dr. Scholl's inserts, and at one point, I had Dr. Scholl's triplanar inserts with an additional gel heel insert in my Crocs. The pain just gradually got worse, and last month, I was just hobbling around the house and to work. I tried to rest my foot (my right is worse) as much as I could, giving up yoga and the gym for over 2 weeks. However, I commute an hour an half each way standing, and the pain just increased.When I received these inserts, I put them into my shoes, and it was instant relief. I did not feel pain and I started to walk normally again with the inserts. It is an absolute joy to be able to walk without hobbling. I don't know if this will actually cure the plantar fasciitis, but at the very least, I am able to walk normally with them.
