Great Book for Learning Ultimate and Getting Better
Tiina Booth and Michael Baccarini certainly know what they're talking about, being legendary coaches from Amherst, Mass and Paideia, in Atlanta, GA. This is a great read for those players looking to improve on their skills and become a better player.

is useful for a beginner
This is the de facto "complete guide" to playing Ultimate for a reason. It's arranged logically, is useful for a beginner, has plenty of relevant photos, and provides tactical insights about the game.

Great Book
I was very pleased with this book. The descriptions of the various skills are very detailed and well-explained. I am a captain of a college Ultimate club and we have implemented a number of drills from this book into our practices. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in captaining a team.
