Excellent book

This book is a gem. It explains in simple Indian/ Asian English how to do the various yogasanas. Each asana ‘position’ is illustrated with a color photograph, the method, benefits and cautions. The actual description of the asanas starts at page 42 to page 126. There are bonus pages 142 to 165 on acupressure with full color diagrams. This book is presented by Swami Ramdev and published by Divya Prakashan, Haridwar India. Do not miss an opportunity to buy this book if you want a basic introduction to the subject.
