It’s like doing abs on ice!!
This is the slipperiest ab mat I have ever used! I need a partner just to keep it from moving. I work out on a rubber mat and it still moves around. Looks good but would not recommend.

Pretty Decent
Slides around a bit...i use it on top of my yoga mat...other than that it works great...no more bacl fatigue after doing sit ups or crunches

Wouldn't Recommend
This ab pad has a very slick bottom. It will not stay in place while you're trying to do situps. This product just ends up frustrating you, as it ends up around your neck after a set of 20 because it slides so much during use.
