Great value, screen looks good.
Installation went pretty well. I have done a lot of mechanical and electronic type work in my life, but really haven't worked on too many cell phones. I wanted to see if I could do the job with ONLY the tools included in the kit. With the exceptions of a pair of needle point tweezers, I did accomplish the goal. I lost a couple screws along the way, but made sure to put screws in all the important holes. Installation took me about 30 minutes, but I tend to be on the quicker side with this stuff.I've noticed that it's about impossible to find a replacement screen with consistently good reviews. I believe the reason is that a good third of the people installing them screw something up replacing it. Add to it the occasional bad screen from the factory, and you end up with mediocre reviews. In summary, the tools are cheap, but work fine. The screen looks great. I'm no videophile, but it looks as good as before to me.

A Great Deal For the Do-It-Yourselfer
I was very happy that this product shipped and arrived within the promised time frame, and came packaged to survive. The product itself was in good working order and I had already reviewed appropriate installation guides to know most of what I need to do before it arrived. The drivers and other tools were sufficient for the job and there were no problems with the phone at restart.A word of caution for those who have not done this type of repair before: this particular kit does require a few more steps than the more expensive kits as it doesn't come with the button, plate, camera lens receiver, and light sensor frame, which you will need to remove from the old parts (and in the case of the receiver and frame, glue into the new part). Of course, you're paying about half as much, so this isn't too bad. It is more than made up for by the quality of the product and the packaging.

Great screen, no problems.
This is the second screen I have had to buy for my phone, the first one was a few months ago and it was over twice the price so I'm not sure why they've gone down so much but I'm happy. I found a youtube video to watch to learn how to replace it (and had my boyfriend help) and both times it has gone very smoothly. I was worried after I saw how cheap this screen was, and was hoping they've just gone down in price because of the new iphone 7 coming out and the fact that less and less people are using these phones - especially after they break- and I think that is true. As far as I can tell the screen has no issues and is working completely smoothly now. hopefully I will never have to replace a phone screen again but if I did I would buy another from here.

Obviously cheap product
To start, the screen replacement feels really cheap. The screen feels less like glass and more like plastic. After taking the old, damaged screen off, I tried replacing it with the new one that I was sent. Right away I could tell that the tolerance used to machine this was off from the original iPhone. There were a few spots where the screw holes did not line up and I could not get a screw through no matter how hard I tried. The home button is now loose because of the new screen allowing the screws to rest further back then they should be. So now when you push the home button it doesn't always connect with the sensor. I can literally spin the home button while the phone is assembled. After replacing the screen with the new one and powering it back on, the screen was not responsive to touch. Other users have complained about this issue as well. I removed the screen to make sure I had everything plugged in correctly. After removing the screen and putting it back together for the third time, it was finally responsive.Right away I could notice that the color is really off. It doesn't match the original color or picture at all. The edges of the screen have a weird hue to them, almost like an old tv monitor. The picture quality of this "LCD" display is really off.The screen itself does not sit flat and seems to be bowed in the middle so the sides come up past the casing. I can push down on the left and right of the screen sides and feel it bend back and forth.I suppose that's what you get for a $19 screen replacement. Either shop else where or take it to a shop to repair your screen.Edit: After a week with this replacement there are some notable issues. About two days in the screen started giving me issues. Every hour the screen is completely unresponsive to touch or completely erratic in behavior. So it either won't let me do anything or it does whatever it wants, opens apps, closes apps, randomly types etc. Also there is now a huge drain on my battery which I can only imagine is from the screen replacement. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Delicate electronics, no instructions
Came with NO instructions. I talked with my sister who has done numerous phone screen repairs, and she seemed to think I could handle it if I was careful.Thankfully it worked, but it did take 2 hours of research and very careful finger work. You can look up some tutorials online and they are very helpful but some of the details are hard to figure out. There are several hard to see areas where you must gently pry with the provided tools - too hard and you'll rip the circuit membrane. You have to go very slowly and gently in just the right places. And the screws are about as thick as hair. Super easy to lose. I recommend a magnet to stick them all to so you don't lose any loose ones - but be careful, since they are all sorts of different sizes and it can be difficult to figure out which ones go where. My sister says she always loses screws, but I managed without losing one and got them all back in the same place.Good luck. Patience and diligence are key.I went ahead and put on a "Tempereced Glass Clear Screen Protector" at the same time, and am pleased with the results.

This was my second attempt to replace the screen. The first screen did not work. The second one did the job right !
