Do NOT Get in Eyes!!!
A great product for people with scalp issues. Provides some protection from UV rays; one reason I use it. Leaves scalp and hair clean. Be sure to protect your eyes from the product and use a good conditioner since it can dry out your hair. I’ve added it to my hair routine and believe it has helped my hair loss problem.

Saved my scalp!
I have a very dry/flaky scalp and nothing would help. Head and shoulders did nothing, and I didn’t want medicated shampoo. Tried this and it worked immediately. I use 4-5 times a week and have for 2 years now. Genuinely I don’t know what I would do without it!

Not sulfate free
I have only used once, but my hair felt clean, very light scent, less itching, no flakes. The one thing I don’t like is it being advertised as sulfate free and there’s definitely sulfates listed in the ingredients on the bottle.

Nothing works like this zinc shampoo for me. I buy nothing else and it's been working for over 20 years to control flaky scalp

Got this for my daughter to help with itchy scalp and to try to help thicken her hair. It appears to be working well…. Happy we tried this!

This product has helped
I’m new to the dandruff/seb derm community but so far this product is working for me.I wet my hair prior to getting in the shower, towel dry it to damp, and apply this only to my scalp. I use a silicone massager to work it into my scalp, clip the rest of my hair up and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes before rinsing it out.It leaves me itch free for at least 4 days. I have medium length, thickish, 2c-3a curls that I can’t wash daily. Every other shampoo, I’ll wash a second time with another type of dandruff shampoo.I wish there was a cure for this stuff.

would recommend to only use if your hair is healthy
I have fine, slightly damaged hair from coloring. I tried this shampoo for minor scalp irritation. While my scalp seemd to like it, it felt great on my scalp. But, my hair did not. It really damaged my hair. If you wash your hair using a dandruff shampoo, and your hair with the suds on it develops a consistency like bubblegum, or cotton candy, or just realy squishy like it's disintegrating, it means your hair is being damaged. I had to discard the shampoo, and accept the loss. Perhaps b/c the level of Pyrithione Znc is 2% in stead of 1% could be the reason, this is a really strong dandruff shampoo! Only use if you have very healthy hair!
