This cream immediately began to help the cracked skin on my thumbs that happen during the winter. The pain began to subside and as I applied the cream almost each time I washed may hands the dry, cracked skin healed very quick... In 2 days the pain was gone and no more cracked skin. It works just as well on the feet. I continue to apply several times a day. I recommend this product to all who need moisturizing for their bodies. In fact I even recommended it to my Dermatologist last week. He was very interested and was going to order and try it out. I have Charcot arthropathy and have to be extra kind to my feet.Product does not have a safety seal, which is unusual this day and age, that's why I took off a star.

I live in a very dry climate and have never found a more effective way to keep my hands relatively moist.
