Fatally Flawed, but Superb Watch
I really like this watch. It does everything I want. It also links directly to the Apple Health eco-system as well as the Withing’s eco-system. For me, it provides for the perfect functionality with its health tracking and notifications. Except... it has a fatal design flaw. The fragile casing is easily damaged and irreparably breaks away from the bracelet, thus rendering the watch useless. This is my second watch and the same is happening again. See photo - top right and bottom right corners of casing are fracturing. So disappointed. I shall not buy a third watch in fear of the same occurring again and the accumulative purchase cost rising to £345 approx. Perhaps a future redesigned version will attract me back. I hope so.

Poor wristband- Resolved
Edit: having got in touch with withings they sorted me out with a replacement and were very helpful. Overall very satisfied with the product and customer service. Will probably look for an alternative band however.Original: Bought this tracker as an alternative to the fitbit charge 3. Overall very satisfied with the app and the tracker. However while going for a run and swim along the beach the poor construction of the wristband meant it fell off and I Never saw it again. As a fitness tracker I’d expect to not have to take it off to exercise. Very disappointed.

Good functionality but not fit for purpose. .
The facia is too fragile and not robust enough,I am a keen Withings customer/supporter who has bought 13 Withings products over the last 5years.I have bought two Pulse HRs since December 2018 and have been very pleased with them but they have both broken at the same place- the joint between the strap and and the plastic facia. The PulseHR needs the same robustness as my Withings Pulse02 to which I have reverted. I am happy to return both devices for Withings to examine

Awesome Battery Life
Had this a few weeks now and have not been disappointed in any way. SEEMS VERY ACCURATE monitoring my sleepduration and pulse measurement matches up well with my Withings blood pressure monitor. Cannot see why other reviews have some problems! After further use I have encountered the same problem as some other users. The screen has cracked close to where the strap connects. Has not been subject to heavy use. Downgrading my review to 3 stars. Cannot recommend purchase at the current price.

Known manufacturing defect - the face will crack.
I wish I could love this - but I've had 3(!!!) now and they all crack in the same way at the edges of the screen. It seems to be a known issue with the manufacturer, but Amazon will no longer replace them - so I've had to talk to Withings directly. Hoping the 4th one works out, but not holding my breath...Aside from the problem with the screen cracking, it's a great device - app works well, battery life is quite good, and it seems accurate (though my partner has one as well and debates the accuracy of the step counts as she's always getting less steps recorded)

A few teething issues - but these are being fixed in updates and overall very pleased
Pretty impressed with this compact device. I've used fitbits and was a massive fan of the Pebble 2 - until they shut down. Although not as featureful as the Pebble or Apple watch (which are firmly in a different category as smartwatches rather than fitness trackers) this does compete well with the fitbits of the world. After a quick charge in the cradle, which is super easy to use and very fast, strap it on the wrist and off you go. The strap has enough elasticity that it is comfortable even when tight which can not be said about some others. It is nice and slim on the wrist, and doesn't move too much, staying in place nicely. You can get the time to show by either pressing the one button on the side or by raising the watch up on your wrist. Raising the wrist is pretty hit and miss, although a recent update has improved this. Looking forward to further updates as they come.Once the screen is on, you can easily tap on the screen or continue pressing the button to cycle through the display. This works nicely to check out your stats, although I find myself using the app more often to check steps due to the variety of other information you get in the app as well.I think the steps and heart rate are relatively accurate. There is definitely a bit of a lag sometimes on the heart rate displayed vs what I think my actual heart rate is, but when I look at the profiles of my runs and cycles it does overall match. GPS is delivered via your phone, so you do need to keep this to attend. About 75% of the time when starting an exercise session I have had to open the app to get the GPS to connect.A complaint I did have is that when I first started using the device it had GPS tracking constantly being active, as noted by the blue header banner at the top of the screen even with the app not open. This drained my battery fast leading me to spending the fast week turning the GPS off from background use. Again, after a recent update this seems to be fixed, so they are still actively developing the product. The sleep tracker is a nice touch, giving quality and length of sleep. Its pretty accurate, unless you go for a lie in on the weekend and then it struggles to know when you have got out of bed.Battery life is great, I've decided to charge it when I feel like I haven't charged it in a while (usually once a week) and its never had less than 40% so its pretty strong!Overall, if you are using any other product already today in the Withings family I am sure you'll love this product, and how it operates and works within the existing app.

Great brand, decent price and fantastic product
Great all rounder, fantastic battery life and step tracking and the workout feature is great to monitor progress. Really happy with this product.

Design Fault means that the tracker separates from the strap!
I have a lot of other Withings products and hence I wanted to use this tracker as all information would integrate in the Withings Health App. I have just returned this product for the second time with the same problem and I believe there is a design fault with this product. As somebody else has already pointed out the main tracker comes away from the strap after a small amount of use. The plastic anchor on the main tracker cracks and then the pin comes away from the main body. I would not recommend buying this product until Withings come up with a fix.

Nice tracker but so flimsy
Initially, I really liked it. It has a super long batter life. I went through several activity rackers or smart watches. I agree that this may not be the most accurate tracker. For example, this tracker even registered as steps when I waived my hands. But I didn't care about exact steps or distance. I just wanted to have a rough idea so it was good enough for me. HOWEVER, I have this for little less than 2 months. It was already broken. The plastic part where a band is connected simply snapped. Somebody already posted a picture. I didn't handle this roughly or anything. But I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and sweater so I felt that this tracker was tight under my sleeve. But it shouldn't snap like that. So, I wouldn't recommend this.UPDATE1Amazon replaced mine; IT BROKE AGAIN at the same spot.UPDATE2After experiencing the damage on the same spot (little more than 1 month), I contacted Withings directly. They responded immediately and offered either refund or an upgrade to Steel HR.Once again, I would not recommend this because of flimsy nature. I was told that a new product should not have this problem. So it is possible that my replacement was from an old stock. But, Withings customer support is TWO THUMBS UP.

costruzione non all'altezza
