Vigo Authentic Coconut Ginger Rice, Imported Jasmine (Coconut Ginger, 8 Ounce (Pack of 1))

Love this rice! It's already seasoned and is delicious with Indian or Caribbean food and just by itself. I can't run out of this one.

This coconut ginger rice was a great find here on Amazon. I ordered the multi pack and glad I did! Would recommend, nice side dish with fish, shrimp or chicken.

I just love Vigo brand rice blends. I found this online and it's great! I actually us one cup of water and one cup of coconut milk, as well as additional ginger. It's great with fish, chicken, or pork!

I love the taste of this rice. I cook it using just water and coconut oil, like the package instructions say. It cooks up in about 22 minutes. It's flavourful, aromatic and so convenient. It pairs wonderfully with curries. Also with rotisserie chicken, as a side, roast or fried pork, stew, anything.I heartily recommend this rice to anyone who enjoys both coconut and ginger. The taste is lovely.

This is our favorite Vigo rice. However, can't find it in the stores anymore but I am thankful I was able to find it on Amazon. Lovely flavor that goes with so much.

Have been bying this coconut rice for awhileFamily loves it but this batch was not very fresh so flavor pack was hard to dissolve.
