Fits perfect into our fridge. They are a little pricey, but worth every penny. The water that comes out of our fridge has good taste and the filter works perfect.

Compatible for my Whirlpool refrigerator. I have this on a subscription so I'm not scrambling when the fridge tells me it's time for a new one. The price is solid. The fit is perfect. I haven't experienced any leaks or spills except when I change it out. Works great.

These are the recommended water filter for my refrigerator and they work well. I have tried using a store branded water filter from a name brand home improvement store and it was a pain to install and had water leaking during that process. The few dollars that I saved were not worth the hassle that I had to deal with during the installation. With these, the installation was painless and they snap right in with a quick twist. It is also recommended that you cycle a few gallons before drinking from it, but after that, it provides clean drinking water.

I ordered this "EveryDrop by Whirlpool" water filter for my Whirlpool 4door fridge, model# WRX735SDB. I wanted to include the model # & make of my fridge, because I get frustrated with reviewers who don't give complete information. The reason for MY review is to, hopefully, inform someone else in making a correct decision for their particular refrigerator.PROS: This IS the correct filter for my model fridge.The pckg has changed; don't be afraid of that.This filter was NEW & in retail packaging. Sealed properly & non tampered.The water, after 1 1/2 gals. (192oz.), was INCREDIBLY CLEAR!! It didn't even look that clear with the original filter. This is the first time that I've had to change the filter. My fridge is EXACTLY 5 mos. old. I can't wait to taste the water.The pckg. claims to filter a LONG LIST of chemicals & debris. I've included pics of the original filter removed, showing carbon particulates at the top of the filter. This new filter had NO carbon particulates loose when I removed the foil seal.CONS: I've included a picture of the ORIGINAL filter that claims to filter " 300 gals. ofwater at the 0.78gpm. The NEW filter only filters 200 gals. at 0.78gpm!If the old filter lasted 5 mos. filtering 300 gals., will the NEW filter ONLY last4 mos. at 200 gals?!! Ok, it SEEMS to filter better, but lasting less & paying thesame $$$?!!Anyway, those are my observations so far. Although the water was crystal clear after 1 1/2 gals., I followed the manual directions of clearing the new filter using 4 gals. of water.Also, the old filter was REALLY DIFFICULT to remove! THEN, apparently, I didn't secure the new filter well, because when I went to dispense water, it made this AWFUL grinding noise & no water came out. I had to remove the NEW filter AGAIN ( which was a ROYAL PAIN!) and try again! I got it right the second time.So BE CAREFUL! TEST IT OUT after installing.I don't like the fact that this filter will filter less gallons than the original, but if I can't find a better option, at least it is OEM. I've included some pictures of the type of refrigerator that I have, old filter, new filter & packaging.I hope this review helps someone else with my model fridge.
