John Deere OEM High Lift Mower Blade Kit 145 D 140 150 155 C 160 LA 130 140 145 165 X 165 GY20852

I was using mulching blades on my lawn mower and started to notice that I had to go over many areas 2x to make sure all the grass and weeds were cut. I then realized that mulching blades are not a "lifting-type" of mower blade. They do not circulate air hard enough to lift the heavier weeks and grass up to the blade to be cut. I purchased these John Deere High Lift blades because that it was they are designed to do, lift and cut. And that is what they do well. No more going over weedy areas 2x. One pass is all I need.

Got these for our D140. Old blades were torn up due to roots in our yard. These went right on the deck with no problem- super easy installation. We've mowed several times now and have no issues with them. They cut just like we want and don't flatten the grass down. They are an excellent value for the money vs buying JD brand blades. These blades are solid and will have many years of use if we can avoid the tree roots!

I was hoping these would fix my bagger issues, but they didn't. That said, they improved the cut immensely. They fit perfectly, and were a great price compared to local stores. The quality is quite durable and well built. They didn't mulch well, but I was using the shoot, so that may have contributed to that. All in all a great product and price.

Great blade set. Hard to go wrong with OEM blades, installed fairly easily. Very strong metal, should last a long time. I put these in as part of a tune-up on my JD LA145 from 2008. Works well.

Blades are OEM, and fit mowers that use them. Checked balance and all three were balanced. Blades were sharp and worked as advertised
