Mixed Fruit essential Waitrose 1kg

Perfect size and mix for barín brac. Made wonderful loaves. More than enough for two or three loaves.

Used for my Christmas cake recipe

Reminds me of home. It's so great to be able to purchase mixed dried fruit the way I remember and in a 1kg bag from one of my favourite stores in the UK.

Wonderful product! Wish they had something like this in Vancouver, Washington USA. My Christmas cake was marvelous.

There is nothing wrong with the product but it is so, so expensive. It works out at $13.00 per pound. I will not be buying this item again
