Using the screws and tap washers (sic) supplied. Use the diamond shaped holes in the gliders and screw into the 'rubber' tread of your trolley wheel. Space the fixings evenly around the diameter of the wheel.

My new rovic rv2l trolley has 2 * 12 ins dia wheels and one * 8 ins dia wheel at the front. can a standard set of glider wheel protectors be adjusted

No!!! You could try cutting front one and use extra screws/ washers etc, but don’t thing it would work!!
