Easy and inexpensive way to replace my Nutone bath exhaust fan motor. Any home owner can do this themselves! Has the Nutone sticker on the back. This part is about $80 from the manufacturer. So its a great deal finding it here for half that price!

I used this as direct plug and play upgrade for my nutone fan that died. I replaced the S0503B000 that died with S0504B000. So far it works great does its job. It sucks out steam from the shower so we can use our mirror by sink at same time and keeps the stink down too...only downside was its a little bit louder but not by much. It went directly in no modifying for me and my fan is Nutone model 763RL. Previous was 50cfm and the upgrade is 70cfm. I recommend the upgrade if anyone is thinking about it! Oh and I use LED 5k bulbs for brighter and slight bluish light

This is any easy replacement for the original unit. Works fine but it is fairly loud.

This is a great DIY upgrade to your bathroom exhaust fan. Takes about 10 minutes to less to change, simply remove the lamp cover, remove the thumbnut and pull the light fixture and plastic cover down. Unplug the light then set aside. Unplug the fan then using a philips screwdriver remove the single screw that hold the fan in place. Pull down on end fan and it will slip right out. Install the new fan in reverse of the removal instructions. If your cover is dirty and has baked on dust, now’s a great time to clean it in the sink before reinstalling. The old fan was only 50 cfm, this replacement fan is 70 cfm. A bit noisier when running but the extra exhaust keeps the bathroom less humid and dry. Highly recommended. Only caveat here is this model only fits some models of the Broan/Nutone line. Check your fan before ordering to ensure a compatible fit.

Needed to replace a noisy bathroom fan/light and the Broan-NuTone S0504B000 did the trick. I had ordered another brand but the bolt to attach the aluminum reflector was too short - returned it and ordered the Broan-NuTone for a little more money. The Broan-NuTone fit perfectly, was easy to install and works like new.

Excellent! One of my bath fans died after 17 years of use (and venting hairspray). Took everything apart, cleaned it, and thought "Geez it'd be great if I could find a replacement motor." A quick look here and I found it! Got it same day and just as other reviewers said, it was a 5-minute replacement. One screw out, old motor plate removed, new one installed, and same screw back in. Done. And hats off to Broan-NuTone for still making exact replacement parts available after all this time! Much appreciation!

This is a nice product, perfectly replace my old bathroom fan, very easy to install. Only thing I don't like the shipment was so slow. It was scheduled to deliver in a week when I placed the order, however, it delay again and again, it finally took more than two weeks to arrive!!!
