Spider-Man 6-inch Legends Series Green Goblin

I was lucky to catch Green Goblin at the nice price of $21.99 with Prime shipping, an updated figure of this iconic Spider-Man villain in the Marvel Legends line has been long overdue, and this one was totally worth the wait. He's pretty much perfect as far as Marvel Legends figures go. Now, If I'm not mistaken, I don't have it, but I believe Hasbro reused the body from the previous Hobgoblin figure, with a new head, belt and glider. In terms of quality, sculpt and detail, absolutely top notch. And of course the durability, playability and super poseability you can expect from a Marvel Legends figure. On top of that, super tight joints, definitely appreciated. Glider works great as well, although foot pegs to keep him on it more securely would have been nice. Design wise, I love how he's a little bit of classic and modern Green Goblin. His overall look and color scheme, and even his glider, unmistakably scream classic Green Goblin, but with just a slightly stylized feel, especially in his face and head design that makes him feel modern. Although, truth be told, I grew up on the old comics and cartoons, and later on the movies, and I'm not even familiar with what Green Goblin looks like in the modern/current comics. But, that's the vibe I get off this version, and I'm gonna say he's one of my current favorite new Marvel Legends figures, a total must have for Marvel and Spider-Man fans.

Terrific action figure

If there was one character who needed a proper reintroduction into the Marvel Legends line, it would have to be the Green Goblin. Fortunately, he's not only returned to the line from a near decade-long absence, but his new figure is absolutely, for lack of a better word considering his main adversary, amazing. PAINTING/SCULPTING There's really two points of discussion in this topic for me: his head and his limbs. Firstly, the head is suitably insane (both in terms of technique and representing Gobby's character). Second, the limbs have a nice, scaled texture to them, something I don't think I've seen on any previous Goblin figure, at least to this degree ACCESSORIES What would a Green Goblin be without his glider and at least one pumpkin bomb? Honestly, though, I had some worry that the glider looked too small in test shots, but in hand, it doesn't look too bad. As for the pumpkin, the sculpted flame looks nice, but the painting, at least on my figure, is a little messy. Also, Gobby's grip on the grenade isn't the tightest, but you can still make it work. POSEABILITY Pretty standard for current Marvel Legends figures or any collector-grade 6-inch figure, really. However, Gobby has the advantage of having swiveled boots and gloves, which can make the arms and legs look a bit more natural in some poses. OVERALL What are you still doing reading this? Have I not made my point clear enough yet? Buy him!

Its a very good figure with vibrant colors and finish. For the price tag, this is a nice figure for your collection. I would have liked hasbro to add extra hands, buts its good as is.

I was worried about it being from 2014, but the look on my sons face was worth every penny!

The detail here is amazing. Hasbro has really captured the buyers wish to have our comic book adventures come to life. So happy Amazon keeps these figures in stock. Save time and buy it here. Beats the lines at the big box stores. Never had any quality issues with the Marvel Legends I have purchased here.

This figure is fantastic! The green scale armor is shiny and looks great. The headsculpt is suitable insane and the glider is significantly better than the Hobgoblin's. Highly recommended.

Son loves it

Finally a great green goblin figure by hasbro since the ultimate version fell flat on its face, this green goblin comes with all his necessary weapons and glider got a great range of articulation and his menacing face is 5 star on its own, personally a real great buy!

Really good villain figure for your Spider-Man collection, looks amazing. Would have been nice if his feet held better in the glider but really that's a small gripe. You won't be disappointed if you're a Goblin fan.

muy buena figura aunque el diseño de la mascara le falto parecerse mas a la original de los comics aun asi muy buena figura, una mano se le salia al moversela, pero con un poco de goma ya atora bien y no se cae, ademas que practicamene en el pais esta agotada esta figura, fue muy raro encontrarla aqui en este tiempo ya que es wave pasada.

El duende verde es sin duda alguna la mejor figura en todos los sentidos de la wave de Sandman y posiblemente una de las mejores figuras de Spiderman Marvel Legends en general.
