Its cord comes out at the TOP of the sign. That means that you're stuck with the clumsy looks of a cord extending up and then hanging down along the side of the sign to the outlet below. And then, the short cord length limits you to hanging the sign so that the top of the sign is no higher than about 5 1/2 feet off the floor (aesthetically pretty low).A much better design would be to have simply installed the cord/electrical casing at the bottom. That would also allow you to hang the sign about 8 inches higher. Rather than send the sign back, I fortunately have the tablesaw and skills to reposition the electrical casing at the bottom. But thanks ADV PRO for making the work for me.Because I have not yet hung the sign due to those problems, I have not had the sign up and turned on for more than a few seconds. Thus, I can't comment for its durability, but it is cool looking while turned on.

The quality is excellent.The glass lettering is etched deeply and the etching frosted. The rack of pool balls atop the sign is etched, with each number, solids and stripes, well defined.At night, with the sign lit, the sign features are striking, even in a 20x20 room and at a distance. The size is not large, but the quality of the sign (hangs directly over a flat-screen TV) could command a larger price. Well worth the money and highly recommended. Doesn't come with an on/off switch, but I purchased a $3 switch from Lowe's and easily wired it into the plug-in wire(if you wish to). What a cool sign.

Looks fabulous in our game room, and serves a dual purpose as a nightlight for our home... Looks very classy!

Little dissapointed in the size.
