This vee-shaped pillow is comfortable but not super thick. I tend to use it more to support my legs/hips than my head. I have an old neck injury and finding a pillow that allows me to sleep comfortably is difficult. I do like the design of this pillow and it's comfortable to sleep on for short periods of time (for me) but I find if I try and sleep on it through the night I wake up with my neck tight/stiff and my ear hurting. I do love the shape as I tend to be a pillow hugger and it's fantastic for reading in bed. It comes with a removeable cover for ease of washing and the pillow and cover are good quality. I sleep with 2 or 3 different pillows so I can rotate them depending on how my body feels and this one has earned a spot in the rotation.
